Fondazione Milan has published its 2025/26 Social Report, reaffirming its commitment to transparency and accountability in reporting its activities and the impact generated.
A season marked by continuity and growth saw the implementation of 14 projects across six countries, reaching 5,485 beneficiaries through initiatives that use football as a tool for inclusion, well-being, and community development. The season concluded with more than €900,000 raised, a result made possible thanks to the support of partners, institutions, companies, and donors who help transform the power of sports into tangible initiatives, both in Italy and abroad.
The Social Report also includes a special tribute to Franco Baresi, who has supported the Fondazione Milan’s journey with dedication, putting his experience and deep connection to the Rossoneri world at the service of our projects.

An impact that grows together with the community
Through the Sport for All program, Fondazione Milan has continued to promote access to sports for young people with disabilities, supporting the season’s latest initiative, Calcio Seduto, as well as two teams competing in the Italian Paralympic Football Division, Vharese and Briantea84.
We also responded to the growing importance of mental well-being by supporting five organizations in the Milan area and integrating this focus into international projects within the Sport for Change program, reaffirming the role of sports as safe spaces for self-expression and personal growth.

Among the season’s key developments was the launch of a new Sport for Change project in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, carried out in partnership with Fondazione Mama Sofia. In Biabu, located in the Central Congo region, the initiative provided 100 young people with educational and vocational opportunities while promoting psychosocial well-being and social inclusion.
This year, we once again met our beneficiaries on the ground. In Palermo, we visited the young people involved in the juvenile justice system who took part in the Play For the Future project. In New York, we met the children benefiting from the Success Academy project. During this visit, the values of AC Milan and Fondazione Milan also reached the United Nations Headquarters, accompanied by Alexandre Pato, a Rossoneri legend and Foundation Ambassador.

Through the Assist program, Fondazione Milan continued to make the Rossoneri experience increasingly accessible and inclusive through initiatives such as audio description services at San Siro, Italian Sign Language (LIS) interpretation for press conferences, the introduction of Tag System technology for people with visual impairments at Casa Milan and the Mondo Milan Museum, as well as visits by players from the men’s and women’s teams to children hospitalized in local healthcare facilities.
All of this has been made possible thanks to the support of those who choose every day to stand alongside Fondazione Milan in its mission: using football as a tangible tool to create social value and drive positive change, enabling an increasing number of young people to unlock their potential and build their future.
