Five local organizations recognized for their commitment to promoting inclusion, well-being, and participation through sports and creative activities.
Fondazione Milan supports the fifth edition of the “Costruiamo il Futuro Award”, promoted by the Fondazione Costruiamo il Futuro ETS, with the aim of offering concrete support to Third Sector organizations active in the social and sports fields.
Sport and creative activities are not only moments of leisure but powerful tools to care for people’s physical and mental health, particularly for the most vulnerable members of society.
For this reason, Fondazione Milan’s contribution takes the form of support for five local organizations, selected for their daily commitment to promoting inclusion, well-being, and active participation through sport and creative activities.
Supporting these associations means helping to build inclusive communities where everyone can find safe spaces to express themselves, grow, and face their challenges. Because sport must be accessible to all and can become a true foundation for well-being, education, and the future.
The organizations awarded by Fondazione Milan are:
- Casa di Redenzione Sociale
The donation supports the project “Teams on the Field – Sport, Skills, and Future for Our Youth,” aimed at minors under the care of social services. The initiative seeks to form two soccer teams within the CEDM Pangea sports workshop, providing participants with an educational, inclusive, and structured environment supported by a dedicated coach, volunteers, and educators.
- RING OF LIFE ASD-APS
The donation supports the project “Sport and Self-Defense to Grow,” which offers free educational boxing workshops and self-defense courses for girls and boys aged 10 to 18. The goal is to promote self-esteem, inclusion, and the prevention of bullying and gender-based violence through sport in vulnerable neighborhoods of the Metropolitan City of Milan.
- SL QUARTO 84
The donation supports the project “No One Left Behind,” which ensures free access to sports for minors in economic hardship, promotes the inclusion of youth with psychological vulnerabilities, and organizes tournaments and charity events, strengthening the association’s educational, inclusive, and community-building role.
- ABC ANGELO INGANNI
The donation supports and promotes the project “The ABC of Safety,” which offers community workshops on emotional management, kind communication, prevention of relational risks, and strengthening community ties. It also supports the continuity of ABC Inganni as a stable center for well-being, relationships, and personal growth in the neighborhood.
- Diversamente ODV
The donation supports the association’s singing and theater workshops, aimed at people with mental health challenges, their families, and volunteers. These activities foster socialization, creative expression, and psychological well-being, promoting inclusion, empowerment, and the fight against stigma.
This is not the first collaboration between Fondazione Milan and Fondazione Costruiamo il Futuro. In fact, in the 2024/25 season, a seven-a-side football field was built at the Oratorio della Madonna dei Poveri in Baggio, on the western outskirts of Milan, available to the local youth as well as to organizations like the San Domenico Savio Sports Association, which engages dozens of young people every year through its football school.
